G.Shadowhawk Ellis / Percussion / Vocals / & other comments
Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, and a member of The Great Cherokee Nation, Shadowhawk's Mother once said that he was playing drums in the whom before he was born!!! Traditionally trained throughout school, and beyond by some of the great Jazz & Funk drummers such as; Buddy Rich, Gene Kruppa, Gerry McKenzie, J.C. Heard, & Pistol Allen, the Beat was instilled into Mr. Ellis early on. He played his first professional gig at the age of 13, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada with a Dixieland Band, and it was game on!!! The Stage and lights called to him and since he has been the driving force in a miriad of successful Bands in all genres, but The Blues is his forte'. First recorded & published at the age of 14, Mr. Ellis has 11 releases to his credit with 4 different Bands, 2 of which are of his own making, including The Blind Dog Blues Band, with Guitar great Charles "Pat" Patton and , & 4 releases with Broken Arrow Blues Band. From Speed Metal to Jazz, and from Classic Rock to in your face Blues, He "plays" the drums! With 37+ years of stage and recording experience under his belt, Mr. Ellis is a true Veteran of the Music Industry.... Dues Paid!!
"I'd trade all I have, all the thousands of hours of practice, the sacrifices we make as musicians, the long hours recording, rehearsing, polishing my trade, for the 2 or 3 minutes people stand on their feet and truly enjoy our music, and get off on what we do as artists"

...On Guitars , My long time Band mate, & Brother in a couple other configurations, Christopher Leigh. Chris hails from Smith's Creek, Michigan, and is traditionally trained in the string arts. Viola, as a main instrument growing up, Chris moved to Guitar early in his teens, and has become a driving force in many Bands in & around the Michigan Rock & Blues scene for 30+ years. An accomplished player, singer & song writer, Chris & Shadowhawk worked together in The Boogie Chillens for 6 years, and have recorded together a few times as well, with an 2007 release of "Gotta Boogie". Chris is a master Slide Player, and technician on the Stratocaster in a variety of styles, and will most certainly push Broken Arrow in a Rockin' Blues direction that is fully in line with the style that made the band famous.

....On the 88's , B-3, Piano,
Mr. Thomas Fosselman, From Monroe, Michigan
Fossdawg is a well rounded and educated player ....and a MONSTER soloist!!! Some of the bands that he's had the pleasure to work with are: The Spartans (Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2005 inductees), Ella Ruth Piggee (of Fatburger), Etta Jones & Houston Person, Sam & Dave, Margo Michaels Band, The Showcasemen, The Jamie Coe Band, and recently with the award winning Lady Sunshine and the X-Band, and the "Hot Lucy" band. My Brother MUGS hails from Toledo, Ohio & has played all his life with many top Bands in around the Mid-West US.... I asked MUGS for a Bio, and he says "it is what it is" ... Layed back style is Mugs's forte' Not too much and just enough to make Harp a fit in this Rockin' Blues Band.... He's one of the most laid back people I know ands a great player too.......
